Return Policy
1. Delivery Check & Evidence (Very Important)
Please inspect the outer carton and packaging immediately upon delivery.
If the outer packaging shows any damage:
- Take clear photos and/or a short video in front of the courier
- Capture the shipping label, damaged area, and the full carton condition
- Request the courier to record the damage, and do not sign as “received in good condition”
This evidence helps us investigate with the carrier and file a claim where applicable.
If you sign for delivery without noting damage, carriers may reject investigations or compensation requests.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please email sales@jmlcases.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item, the outer packaging, and shipping label
We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution such as replacement parts, repair, or product replacement where applicable.
3. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
To ensure safe transport, the product should be returned using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
4. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- All accessories and packaging must be included
Products showing signs of use, modification, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
5. Refunds and Replacements
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return is approved.
If approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged. Processing time may take up to 30 days depending on international shipping and payment provider processing times.
Refunds will be issued via the payment method agreed upon during communication.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
